Each day you will positively impact each patient you serve with providing direct patient care. Job Summary Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice at a competent level of nursing care and demonstrate a competent and professional level of behavior in his/her role as a RN. Provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the direction of the provider. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment. Work Schedule Day/Evening shifts; 72 hours every 2 weeks Day and Night Urgent Care Weekends (Up to every other) Holidays (2 per year) No call time PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $26.25 - $39.25 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
